My Story
We’re Kaivalyadhama, around since 1936 but really, our roots go back to 1924. Swami Kuvalayananda started us off with one wild idea: study yoga like science, not just tradition. So we measure, experiment, and adapt. From kids to professionals, even folks like Hemlata-ji who says, 'aa yoga chhodvu j nathi joie' (never want to leave this yoga). For us, yoga isn’t a fad. It’s a responsibility, mixing old wisdom with research.
