We operate an emergency ambulance for animals in distress across Delhi-NCR, handling critical cases from road accidents to severe neglect.

This is Boxer. We rescued him from a family that would beat him with sticks daily. He was just a skeleton, unable to even sit up. We got him admitted to a medical boarding late at night and are now getting him a full diagnosis. This is the cruelty we fight against.

This is Kashi, found suffering quietly in a corner at Kashmere Gate. His body was full of ticks and his leg was half eaten by maggots. He was waiting to die. We shifted him to medical boarding for tick fever treatment and a future amputation.

This dog was reported from Madanpur Khadar, hiding under rubble with his stomach being eaten by maggots. The local ABC unit couldn't take medical cases, so they requested our help. We picked him up for what will be a long and difficult healing process.

We get messages like this every day. A labourer sent us a video of this dog after a hit and run in Ghaziabad. The dog was dragging himself. We picked him up in the rain and the vet suspects multiple fractures, including his spine.

Just sending a video doesn't help. This dog with a prolapse was reported, but the reporter wouldn't share the exact location. It took two separate ambulance trips and the help of another kind person to finally trace and catch him. He is now on his way to the vet for surgery.

This is Pratap. He was reported from Ghaziabad, dragging his hind legs. We found he has a broken spine and is paralyzed from the waist down. He will require permanent care and support for the rest of his life.

We deal with a lot of grief. This dog was the victim of a hit and run and was left to die. By the time we were informed and sent our ambulance, it was too late. We gave him a dignified burial. We wish we could save them all.

An urgent call for help to locate a dog with a severe rectal prolapse near Auchandi Border. The original reporter was not responding, making the rescue extremely difficult. This image shows the severity of the injury we needed to treat.

A dog lies dying on the street after an accident. This is the reality for stray animals in our country. There are no provisions for them, and they continue to suffer. We picked him up, but the apathy is heartbreaking.

This old, sick dog is one of the many critical cases we have picked up in just the last few days. The costs for their treatment pile up, and we rely completely on donations to continue our work.

About Emergency & Critical Care Cases

When you call us for an emergency, please understand that we prioritize based on medical severity because we do not stack cases. Our ambulance is equipped for critical transit, but since we are working with limited resources and high patient volumes, we are always honest about our current capacity. If our team is tied up with another life-or-death situation, we will not leave you without direction—we will help you identify the next best available support for the animal.
