Pet Adoption & Rehoming
The Animal
- Profiles: Rescued Indies (Desi), abandoned pedigrees (GSDs, Labs), and cats available for adoption.
- Medical Status: Fully dewormed and administered initial age-appropriate vaccinations (Anti-rabies/DHPP) before handover.
- Health Transparency: Complete medical history provided, including trauma recovery details and current physical condition.
Support Services
- Vetting Process: Mandatory home visit and family screening by volunteers to ensure a safe environment.
- Logistics: Free transport and drop-off of the pet to your location anywhere in Delhi.
- Aftercare: Diet counseling (fresh meat/eggs) and guidance on mandatory sterilization procedures.
Resident Pet Sponsorship
Daily Living Costs
- Dedicated Beneficiary: Supports one permanent resident pet, typically a senior dog or accident survivor.
- Fresh Nutrition: Provides daily cooked meals consisting of chicken, rice, and seasonal vegetables.
- Shelter: Covers boarding expenses, bedding, and seasonal heating requirements.
Medical & Reporting
- Healthcare: Pays for chronic medication, joint supplements for seniors, and tick/flea prevention.
- Sponsor Perks: Receipt of regular digital updates, including photos, videos, and health progress reports of the sponsored pet.
Community Stray Feed & Care
Feeding Program
- Meal Sponsorship: Contributes to the daily preparation of 200kg of fresh food (chicken and rice mash).
- Coverage: Supports feeding drives reaching over 400 dogs in areas like New Friends Colony.
Street Medical Care
- Vaccinations: Covers the cost of Anti-Rabies or 9-in-1 (DHPP) vaccines administered during annual drives.
- Basic Treatment: Funds on-spot first aid for minor wounds, maggot removal, and seasonal relief gear like water bowls or coats.

Hum Karan Puri Foundation hain, and for us, every street dog and cat in Delhi NCR is family. Yeh awaara nahi, hamara hai (Not stray - they are ours). We fight for their rights, their safety, and their place in our community. No animal is invisible here.
Adoption: Real Stories, Real Struggles
Every day, we rescue bachhon (kids) from tough spots - injured, abandoned, sometimes just left out on the street. Some are purebreds, some are tough desi (local) dogs. All they want is a proper ghar (home).
- We’re strict with screening, because we’ve seen the worst. House checks are non-negotiable.
- Sterilization is a must. No exceptions. We want responsible pet families.
- We help you with everything - diet, care, even the odd tantrum.
Lost & Found: Delhi NCR Ka Network
Lost a pet? It sucks, really. We use our whole community for lost pet alert Delhi NCR - sharing pics, details, last seen location. If you find a lost animal, contact us. But ownership proof zaroori hai (proof of ownership is necessary) - we won’t risk sending them to the wrong person.

My Story
Log bolte hain, 'itna pyaar hai toh ghar le jao', par bhai, sabke ghar already full hain. Har din harassment milta hai, gaaliyan bhi. Kabhi kabhi toh feeders ko maar bhi padti hai, bas kyunki hum sadak ke bachhon ko khana khilate hain. Lekin jab ek 'bag of bones' ko khush dekhte hain, saari thakaan gayab ho jaati hai. Yeh hamare bachhe hain, unke liye ladte rahenge. Yeh awaara nahi, hamara hai.
