Community Feeding Drives: Daily Fresh Meals for Delhi's Street Dogs

We don't just dump kibble on the road. Every single day, we run a community kitchen to prepare fresh, high-protein meals consisting of rice, chicken, and essential supplements. Our ambulance functions as a mobile canteen, allowing us to reach over 700 dogs across Delhi-NCR. When you support these drives, you are directly funding the fuel for our vehicle and the ingredients for their dinner.

More Than Just a Meal

For us, feeding is the foundation of our bond with these dogs. When we show up consistently, the dogs learn to trust us. This trust is vital because it makes rescue operations, vaccination drives, and sterilization much easier later on. If a dog trusts the person holding the food bowl, they are more likely to let us help them when they are injured or sick.

The Logistical Reality

Feeding 700+ dogs daily across a city as vast as Delhi is a massive, expensive, and physically exhausting task. Our team deals with:

• Daily Prep: We source, cook, and pack fresh food every morning.
• The Route: We cover large distances through South Delhi and parts of the NCR to reach established feeding points.
• Weather Challenges: Whether it is the scorching heat of a Delhi summer or the freezing nights of winter, we are on the road. In extreme weather, we often have to increase portion sizes to help them maintain their energy.

We are not funded by large corporations or government grants. We rely entirely on small, daily contributions from everyday people. Even a small amount helps us buy rice and chicken for the week.
