About Our Programs & How to Join
When choosing between our sessions, think about your child's primary goals. Our group SportFit terms at Gold's Gym are perfect for building social stamina and healthy competition, while our private 1-on-1 sessions at your doorstep offer customized speed and agility training tailored specifically to your child's chosen sport, like cricket, football, or tennis.
We believe fitness should not feel like a chore. Our SportFit program is built for young athletes who want to level up. If your child is serious about cricket, football, or tennis, we work on the mechanics that matter, like rotational power for batting or lateral agility for the court.
Group vs. Private Training
Most families start with our group terms at Gold's Gym in Breach Candy. With a 6:1 student-coach ratio, it balances individual attention with the fun of training alongside peers. For kids with specific schedules or those needing a focus on a primary sport, our 1-on-1 programs are the best bet. We bring the portable gym—TRX, medicine balls, and reaction lights—right to your society or home anywhere in Mumbai.
Inclusive Fitness
We do not just train athletes. Through NeuroFit, we offer sensory-friendly sessions for neurodivergent children. These are quieter, gentler, and paced entirely to what your child needs in that moment, focusing on motor skills and confidence in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Getting Started
Unsure which path is right? Book an Athletic Assessment & Trial Session. It is a 60-minute deep dive where we run a motor skill baseline test and some technical drills. It gives us a clear picture of where your child stands and helps us recommend the right program level. We are ready to start whenever you are.
