What Happens in a Session
Every session is a little different, but always packed with action:
- High-energy warm-ups with music to get everyone moving
- The main event: obstacle courses, bodyweight games, agility ladders, hurdle jumps, battle ropes, and team challenges. It’s less ‘workout’, more ‘play-based exercise for children’
- Calm cool-downs with stretching and breathing so kids wind down happy
