At Hurdles, we know kids get bored of repetitive gym routines quickly. That is why we swap standard exercise sets for obstacle courses, 'Squid Game' inspired challenges, and dynamic agility drills using ladders and cones. It is not just about burning energy—it is about teaching them motor planning, discipline, and confidence through active play, whether they are 4 or 14.
Our philosophy is simple: 'Mehnat kar pasina baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana' (Work hard and sweat, stopping is not an option). We built Hurdles Fitness because we believe champions are made through consistent effort and a supportive environment.
Why Our Approach Works
We don't do boring. We focus on functional strength and full-body movement. Our kids' sessions include:
- Agility & Coordination: Using cones, hurdles, and ladders to build fast feet and sharp reactions.
- Functional Strength: Junior battle ropes, sled pushes, and climbing rigs that build real-world physical capability.
- Gymnastics & Flexibility: Floor work, handstands, and yoga to keep them agile and prevent injury.
- Sports Fundamentals: Technical coaching for badminton and cricket, focusing on proper mechanics rather than just play.
Inclusive Fitness
We are proud of our specialized programs for children with Autism and ADHD. With over 75 children trained, these sessions use a 1-on-1 or 1:2 coaching ratio, sensory tools, and tailored motor planning exercises. We provide a safe, calm environment where every child can hit their milestones at their own pace.
