- Obstacle Course: Includes agility ladders, hurdles, crawling tunnels, and tires.
- Team Games: Relay races, sack races, and coordination drills.
- Finale: Signature Tug-of-War battle (Kids vs. Kids or Kids vs. Parents).

- Equipment: Provider brings all props (cones, ropes, hoops) and sound system.
