Bowling is only 40 percent of the game. If you want to bowl faster and stay injury-free, you must master the hard work you do off the pitch.

Being a gym hero doesn't make you a good bowler. I focus on functional fitness like jumps, sprints, and agility drills that translate directly to on-field performance. You need to be an athlete first.

If you have tried everything and your speed is still stuck, this workout is for you. We use contrast training with harness sprints, medicine ball throws, and max-effort bouncers to shock your system and break through plateaus.

If you do the same workout every day, your speed will stagnate. This workout routine uses plyometric exercises like pogo jumps and plyo pushups to develop explosive power and give your body a new stimulus for growth.

A fast bowler needs a strong foundation. Before any fancy workouts, you must master the basics: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and lunges. I teach you to train to failure to build your basic strength, which is the platform for your speed.

If your body isn't recovering, your speed will always go down. I teach you to work with your body's natural cycle by fixing your sleep schedule. Proper recovery is just as important as hard training.

All your training is wasted if your diet is poor. I will teach you the importance of carbs for fuel, protein for recovery, and proper hydration. To be a top athlete, you must eat like one.

90% of fast bowlers fail because they don't balance their training. They focus only on bowling and neglect fielding and fitness. I teach you how to structure your training to develop all aspects of your game for rapid career growth.

About Off-Pitch Training: The Real Mehnat

Most bowlers hit a speed plateau because they think gym work is just about lifting weights. If you are performing well in the gym but failing on the ground, your fitness is not translating to performance. You need to focus on functional movements like pogo jumps, sprints, and agility drills that actually matter for a bowler. Stop chasing numbers on a speed gun and start building the body that can support those speeds.
