Republic Day Pride & Coaching at SAI
Celebrating the spirit of our nation at SAI Bangalore. Bringing that same national-level focus and discipline to every volleyball training session.
It was a true honor to hoist the Indian flag on Republic Day at SAI Bangalore. This video captures the flag unfurling, a proud moment shared with Asian Games gold medalists Avinash Sable and Parul Chaudhary.

About this collection
Being part of the Republic Day ceremony at SAI Bangalore was about more than just the flag. It is a reminder of the discipline and dedication required to represent India on any stage. When I stand with athletes like Avinash Sable, it reinforces why I push my volleyball squads to treat every training session like a national final.
My journey from the Indian Air Force to the volleyball court is built on one foundation: service. Hoisting the tricolor at the Sports Authority of India, Bangalore, alongside gold medalists like Avinash Sable and Parul Chaudhary, was a powerful reminder of what discipline achieves.
It is easy to focus on technical drills like jump serves or setting angles, but elite performance starts with mindset. In my coaching, I apply the same military-style precision I learned in the Air Force to the court. Whether we are training at SAI Bangalore or LNCPE Thiruvananthapuram, the goal is always national-level readiness.
We do not just practice. We prepare for trials. If you are a U-18 or U-20 player aiming for a spot on the national team, you need to understand that the gap between good and great is mental, not physical. I use data-driven analysis to identify your weaknesses, be it vertical reach or reaction speed, and we fix them with the same rigor you would see in a professional squad.
Volleyball is a team sport, and dosti is the glue. Just like the camaraderie seen during these celebrations, a strong squad is built on trust. If you are ready to put in the hard work, if you want to understand the biomechanics of your spike, and if you are serious about representing your state or country, we have a lot to do. No shortcuts. Just focus, data, and hard work.
