About Beyond the Court
To dominate on the court, you have to build your engine off it. I integrate track workouts and cross-country running into my programs because volleyball is a game of endurance as much as power. When you train with me, we are not just perfecting your jump serve; we are building the physical capacity and the 'dosti' that keeps your team standing when the match goes to five sets.
Success in volleyball is never accidental. My approach is simple: hard work, data, and building the right culture. When we step off the court, the work continues. Whether it is a half-marathon in Kanpur or team-building sessions in Kerala, these moments are where we forge the mental toughness required to handle national-level pressure.
Why Holistic Training Matters
- Physical Conditioning: We don't just stand on a court. We use track drills, sprinting, and gym sessions to develop vertical power. If you want to touch higher, you have to train harder.
- Team Chemistry: You can have the best skills in the world, but if your team does not trust each other, you will lose. We organize group activities to build 'dosti' and on-court communication that translates to better rotations during match play.
- Mental Toughness: The difference between a good player and a national contender is how they handle the finish line. By challenging you with new physical disciplines like cross-country running, I teach you how to push through fatigue—the exact skill you need when the scoreboard is tight.
We train at top-tier facilities like the SAI Southern Centre in Bengaluru and SAI LNCPE in Thiruvananthapuram. Here, we use professional courts, electronic timing gates, and high-frame-rate video analysis to ensure every session counts.
