Every champion starts with the basics. This video shows our training progression, from fundamental drills to complex in-game scenarios at SAI NCOE Trivandrum. The beginning is always hard, but with persistence, nobody can stop you.
Repetition is the mother of skill. Here, we are using a spike training machine to perfect hitting technique and timing. This specialized equipment allows players to get hundreds of targeted reps to build muscle memory and power.
A look at a Team India practice session. The focus here is on fast-paced transition plays, moving from defense to offense seamlessly. This level of coordination is crucial for competing in national and international tournaments.

In these sessions, we use professional 'Sports Attack' ball-throwing machines to ensure you get hundreds of consistent, high-velocity repetitions. This builds muscle memory faster than any manual feed ever could, allowing us to focus on the tiny adjustments in your arm swing, footwork, and tactical positioning that actually win points on the court.

High-performance coaching is about moving past standard drills. Whether we are training at SAI Bangalore or the LNCPE campus in Thiruvananthapuram, my approach bridges the gap between amateur play and national-level performance.
The Training Framework
- Position-Specific Mastery: We run breakout sessions tailored to your role. Setters work on location precision, Liberos focus on reaction speed and floor defense, and Spikers train on approach timing and vertical power.
- Machine-Assisted Repetition: We eliminate the inconsistency of human error. By using ball-throwing machines, we create a standardized environment where you can practice the exact same toss or serve repeatedly, ensuring your technique is locked in.
- Biomechanical Analysis: My training is backed by data. We use high-frame-rate video capture and electronic timing gates to measure your vertical leap, sprint speed, and reaction time. If your mechanics are flawed, we see it on the screen immediately.

My time in the Air Force taught me that talent is just the starting point. The real growth happens in the grind. We combine fitness, tactical classroom sessions (where we whiteboard game rotations), and intense court time.
