Kabaddi mein agar dum chahiye, toh mehnat waisi hi karni padegi. Hum mitti ke ground par wahi asli taqat aur stamina banate hain jo mat par jeet dilati hai.

Speed and power start here. Our players explode off the line during sprint drills on the mud court, building the explosive quickness needed for raiding and defending.

Agility is non-negotiable in Kabaddi. This video shows our players working on their footwork and coordination with a series of hurdle jump exercises.

Building raw power, the traditional way. Our players engage in a night workout session, using a heavy tire for team-based strength and conditioning exercises.

Teamwork is also about building strength together. Players participate in a tug-of-war exercise, a great way to build collective power and unity.

Quick feet and sharp turns are essential. This clip shows our players practicing agility drills using cones to improve their speed and ability to change direction.

The grind never stops. Young players from our sub-junior and junior batches build their leg strength and stamina with morning stair running sessions.
