About Our Champions: From Academy to Arena
These medals are not given; they are earned on the mud (mitti) and the mat. Every player you see here began with the same process: correcting their basic stance and footwork before they ever thought about speed. It takes two daily shifts of training—morning and evening—to build the power required for the Pro Kabaddi League and Nationals.
Success in Kabaddi is not about having the biggest muscles; it is about having the strongest basics. At JD Kabaddi Academy, we train for the ground reality of the sport. We are one of the few places in Greater Noida that still forces players to train on the mitti (mud). Mud training builds lower body torque and joint strength that you simply cannot get in a gym.
Once the foundation is solid, we move to the mat to develop the lightning speed needed for modern professional leagues. My training approach is structured to take a raw, passionate youngster and guide them through the ranks: from Sub-Junior and Junior Nationals all the way to selection as a New Young Player in the Pro Kabaddi League.
Our residential program provides 24/7 supervision. This is not a hobbyist setup. There are no shortcuts and no excuses. We follow a strict schedule that includes:
- Daily ground pooja and physical conditioning rituals.
- High-carb, traditional Indian athlete diets (roti, dal, milk) to fuel the sessions.
- Full-contact 7 vs 7 match practice to simulate the pressure of a real tournament.
If you want to train with us, understand that discipline is the first requirement. Whether you are aiming for state-level championships or a spot on the mat in the PKL, you need to bring your focus. The coaching is intense, but the results are on the wall.

I am Jitender Nagar, and I don't believe in timepass. If you want to play for the Bengaluru Bulls or represent your state, you have to be ready to work harder than the opponent. I treat my students like my own sons—strict, disciplined, and focused on the basics.
