Guruji's Corner: Mastering the Fundamentals

My coaching is direct and focuses on perfecting the basics. In these sessions, I break down complex raider and defender skills, explaining the importance of body balance, posture, distance, and strategy before focusing on speed.

Mitti Practice: Building Raw Power

We are one of the few academies that still emphasizes training on a traditional mud court. Practicing on the mitti builds exceptional leg strength, raw power, and a strong foundation that prepares a player for any surface or opponent.

Mat Practice: Honing Competitive Skills

While mitti builds power, the mat is where we develop the speed, agility, and techniques required for modern professional kabaddi. My players train for hours on the mat, perfecting everything from lightning-fast raids to split-second defensive holds.

Strength, Stamina & Agility Drills

A kabaddi player is an athlete first. My training program includes intense physical conditioning to build the strength, stamina, and agility needed to perform at the highest level, from outdoor running and sprints to indoor power-jumping and core exercises.
