Standard Monthly Coaching
Training Regimen
- Double Session Access: Includes both morning (6:00 AM) and evening (6:30 PM) training slots daily.
- NIS Certification: Supervision by National Institute of Sports certified Coach Sandip Dalavi.
- Hybrid Training: Combined instruction on Lal Mati (red clay) for endurance and standard blue mats for technical drills.
- Combat Drills: Weight category based sparring partners (jor jodi) and use of throwing dummies for takedowns.
Strength & Conditioning
- Traditional Calisthenics: High volume Sapaates (Hindu pushups), Baithaks (squats), and group drills.
- Functional Equipment: Access to 20ft jute rope climbing, heavy tractor tyre flipping, and Gada (mace) swinging.
Facility Details
- Amenities: Basic changing areas and natural ventilation (non AC environment).
- Routine: Participation in daily discipline rituals and warmup protocols.
Quarterly Advanced Competition Prep
Tournament Strategy
- Event Preparation: Targeted training for Mumbai Divisional School Wrestling, Mayor Kesari, and state trials.
- Technical Rules: Deep dive into freestyle wrestling scoring systems versus traditional mud wrestling rules.
- Simulation: High intensity live sparring bouts with senior wrestlers to mimic competition pressure.
Athlete Management
- Weight Consulting: Guidance on safe weight cutting or gaining for specific competition categories (e.g., U 14, 61kg).
- Dietary Planning: Mentorship on traditional nutrition plans including Thandai, almonds, milk, and desi ghee intake.
- Dangal Access: Assistance with entry formalities for local wrestling competitions in the Raigad district.
Physical Endurance
- Cardio Training: Outdoor ground workouts and runs on dirt tracks for stamina building.
- Recovery: Structured post workout cooling and stretching protocols to manage high training volume.

Coaching with Heart and Experience
Our head coach, Vastad Sandip Dalavi, is NIS certified and runs the place with old-school Guru-Shishya kusti mentorship. Respect, dedication, and learning from your mistakes is all part of the journey here.
Mud or Mat: We Train in Both Worlds
- Lal Mati (Red Mud) pit for traditional mud wrestling training - raw strength, stamina, full desi style.
- Modern mats for freestyle wrestling coaching - prepping you for state, national, or international competitions.
What Training Feels Like
Sessions are tough, twice a day. Expect:
- Intense warm-ups, ground drills, running
- Strength work: bodyweight, tire flips, weight training, rassi chadhai (rope climbing)
- Drills & sparring - on mud and mat
- Signature sapatis and push-ups for explosive power
- Group meditation for cool-down and focus
For Kids, Too
We have kids wrestling classes in Mumbai, open for boys and girls. Our batches build fitness, discipline, and basics. Tanvi Vibhute, one of our gold medalists, started young right here.
Results & Recognition
Our pailwans have bagged medals in local dangal, state, and national games. We also run wrestling summer camps in India for those who want to push harder.

My Story
Jai Hanuman! Navi Mumbai madhe aamcha akhada ahe - ekdam ghar jaisa. Me Sandip Dalavi, NIS certified coach. 2018 pasun, amhi kusti shikavto, pan fakt pailwani nahi, life shikavto. Police officer ekda bolle, 'Sagale Maharashtra Kesari nahi honar, pan he shikshan kahi na kahi upyogi padnar.' Amchi sampatti - lahan mula, mothya pailwan, sagle ek family. Corona nantar parat ekatra alo, full energy.
