For us, Kusti is jivan (life) - not just a game but a way you shape your mind and body. In our akhada, medals are good, but real value is in the discipline and mental toughness you build. That sticks with you even when the medals fade.
Coaching with Heart and Experience
Our head coach, Vastad Sandip Dalavi, is NIS certified and runs the place with old-school Guru-Shishya kusti mentorship. Respect, dedication, and learning from your mistakes is all part of the journey here.
Mud or Mat: We Train in Both Worlds
- Lal Mati (Red Mud) pit for traditional mud wrestling training - raw strength, stamina, full desi style.
- Modern mats for freestyle wrestling coaching - prepping you for state, national, or international competitions.
What Training Feels Like
Sessions are tough, twice a day. Expect:
- Intense warm-ups, ground drills, running
- Strength work: bodyweight, tire flips, weight training, rassi chadhai (rope climbing)
- Drills & sparring - on mud and mat
- Signature sapatis and push-ups for explosive power
- Group meditation for cool-down and focus
For Kids, Too
We have kids wrestling classes in Mumbai, open for boys and girls. Our batches build fitness, discipline, and basics. Tanvi Vibhute, one of our gold medalists, started young right here.
Results & Recognition
Our pailwans have bagged medals in local dangal, state, and national games. We also run wrestling summer camps in India for those who want to push harder.
