45-Day Discipline & Wrestling Foundation
Training Schedule
- Double Sessions: Daily access to Morning (5:30 AM) and Evening (5:00 PM) batches.
- Duration: Covers the full summer holiday period (approx. 45 days).
Physical Conditioning
- Traditional Regimen: High-repetition Indian burpees (Sapate), deep squats (Baithak), and push-ups (Jor).
- Strength Equipment: Training with tractor tire flips for power and rope climbing for grip strength.
Technical Instruction
- Mat Work: Training on standard wrestling mats to learn falling techniques and prevent injury.
- Expert Coaching: Fundamentals of stance and takedowns led by NIS-Certified Coach Sandip Dalavi.
Discipline & Support
- Routine: Includes pre-practice warm-ups and post-practice meditation rituals.
- Dietary Guidance: Strict 'Pailwan' diet chart provided to parents (food costs borne by user).
Residential Rural Immersion Camp
Logistics & Accommodation
- Transport: Round-trip travel (Train/Bus) from Navi Mumbai to the rural training hub.
- Stay: Shared community-style lodging (dormitory or hall sleeping arrangements).
Full Board Diet
- Wrestler's Meals: 3 high-calorie meals provided daily.
- Menu: Includes unlimited milk, ghee-based preparations, and almonds for recovery.
Specialized Training
- Lal Mati Focus: Practice in traditional red soil pits rather than synthetic mats.
- Outdoor Drills: Cross-training runs on uneven rural terrain and hills.
- Schedule: Two intense sessions daily under 24/7 supervision.
Lifestyle & Character
- Digital Detox: Strict ban or limited mobile usage to ensure immersion.
- Self-Reliance: Students manage their own chores, including washing their training kit.

What We Believe
At Jai Hanuman Kusti Akhada, I see wrestling as jivan (life) - not just sport. Amcha mantra aahe (our motto is): 'वाढण्याआधी रुजाव लागतं आणि चमकण्याआधी झिजाव लागतं' (You have to take root before you grow, and you have to wear yourself out before you shine). If you want to start your journey as a Pailwan, this camp is where you find your foundation.
How We Train
Everything starts with discipline and hard work. Under my Vastaad Sandip Dalavi, you’ll get a blend of traditional kushti training and modern techniques.
- Sharir (Body): Expect high-energy outdoor wrestling fitness drills. Warm-ups, sapate (burpees), rope climbing, tires - all to build your strength and stamina.
- Taknik (Technique): We teach wrestling basics, throws, holds, and defensive moves. You’ll spar with others, learning by doing.
- Manas (Mind): I push for discipline first. Every session ends with meditation, a little shantata (calmness), and sometimes stories from real-life heroes to keep you motivated.
Where We Train
You’ll practice in lal mati (red soil) pits and on professional mats. The soil gives you a raw connection to kushti’s history, the mat gets you ready for tournaments.
Who Should Join
If you’re a kid or youth who wants to try wrestling, doesn’t matter if you’ve never done it before - just come ready to work. Commitment matters more than experience.

My Story
Jai Hanuman! Navi Mumbai madhe aamcha akhada ahe - ekdam ghar jaisa. Me Sandip Dalavi, NIS certified coach. 2018 pasun, amhi kusti shikavto, pan fakt pailwani nahi, life shikavto. Police officer ekda bolle, 'Sagale Maharashtra Kesari nahi honar, pan he shikshan kahi na kahi upyogi padnar.' Amchi sampatti - lahan mula, mothya pailwan, sagle ek family. Corona nantar parat ekatra alo, full energy.

Kusti Training - Lal Mati & Mat - We train in traditional lal mati wrestling and modern mat wrestling for all ages.
Strength & Conditioning - Ground workouts, rope climbing, and strength training for wrestlers using desi equipment.
