Whether you are chasing your first strict pull-up or working toward a ring muscle-up, we break down complex movements into simple, actionable drills. Come build your foundation at our Yemalur box.

Want to improve your toes-to-bar? It starts on the floor. We use foundational drills to build the core compression and lat activation needed for efficient gymnastics movements.

Our skills classes are essential for progress. Here, athletes work on progressions for strict handstand push-ups and the footwork for efficient rope climbs, with constant feedback from coaches.

That feeling of getting your first 15ft rope climb. By showing up, listening to the coach, and trusting the process, this athlete achieved a huge milestone.

Rope climbing is an incredible skill that combines strength and technique. Here, we're focusing on getting a great foot hook to create efficiency and take fewer "bites" out of the rope on the way up.

The only way to fail is to give up or not start. Everything else is part of the journey to that first bar muscle-up. A huge congratulations to Milan on this awesome achievement.

Who says you can't do muscle-ups in a kurta? Our members prove that fitness is fun and can be a part of every celebration.

Wall walks are always better with friends. We believe in making fitness enjoyable, and working on gymnastics skills together is a great way to stay motivated.

This week we challenged our mental and physical stamina with a workout of static holds, including this wall-facing handstand hold. It's a different kind of hard.

Getting in some handstand walk practice after a long time. Gymnastics skills require consistent practice to maintain and improve.

We are always pushing each other to get the best out of every workout. A little partner handstand fun to build shoulder stability and trust.

About Gymnastics Skill Progression

You will not find us jumping straight to muscle-ups on day one. We focus on strict pull-ups, hollow body positions, and foundational core engagement first, because if you cannot control your body on the ground, you will not control it on the rig. It is about building the prerequisite strength so that when you eventually nail that first muscle-up or handstand walk, it is not luck. It is simply the result of the reps you put in during our dedicated skills sessions.
