Architecture Design: From Concept to Reality

My design philosophy relies on a clear roadmap. It starts with site analysis, where we study the sun path and local climate to inform our spatial planning. Before anything is built, we prepare comprehensive GFC drawings—these include detailed electrical layouts, plumbing loops, and joinery specifications that ensure nothing is left to guesswork.

For commercial spaces like the one shown here, the focus shifts to flow and ambiance. We align the 3D renders with the actual construction. During site supervision, I personally check the marking and framework stages. This is where we ensure materials like brick or concrete textures are applied correctly to achieve the desired tone without unnecessary cost. Whether it is a villa in Mangalore or a commercial office in Bangalore, my goal remains the same: function, sustainability, and a seamless transition from plan to execution.
