This is where we define the floor plan and flow before a single brick is laid, which saves you from costly changes once construction starts.
The journey of designing your home is rarely a straight line. It is a mix of creative brainstorming and practical problem-solving. We prefer to be transparent about this process because it helps us deliver a space that works for your daily routine, not just one that looks good in a photo.
Our Process
- Initial Discovery: We invite you to our Experience Center in Sahakar Nagar. This is where we get to know you. We look at your reference images and discuss what you actually need versus what you think you want.
- 3D Planning: Before any work begins on-site, we create a detailed 3D visualization. This helps us catch potential issues early. Whether it is moving a light point or resizing a wardrobe, it is easier to change a design on a screen than in a finished room.
- Material Selection: You get to touch and feel the veneers, marbles, and laminates we suggest. We explain why we choose specific materials, like using boiling water-resistant ply for kitchens in Bangalore's climate, so you know exactly what is going into your home.
- Site Supervision: This is the part people don't see. Our team manages the on-site coordination with contractors, handles the logistics of getting materials delivered, and keeps an eye on the finishing quality. We handle the stress of the construction phase so you don't have to.
