If you want to level up your game, you gotta be ready to grind. I’m not the quiet coach standing in the corner. I’ll be shouting, “Aaja, oye!” and pushing you to put in max effort every single time. We’re loud, we’re stubborn, and we build each other up. This is more than drills - it’s a crew that backs you up.
Our Approach: Build the Machine
You can’t just play your sport and hope for magic. You need to train like an athlete, eat well, sleep deep, and repeat. We mix on-field skills and strength and conditioning for players, so you get the full package.
- Expect bodyweight work, medicine balls, resistance bands, and gear that’ll push your limits.
- We hammer agility training sessions with cones, ladders, and hurdles.
- For explosive power, we do plyometric workouts for athletes, like box jumps and hurdle hops.
Train Smarter, Not Just Harder
We want you fit, not broken. Injury prevention for sports is huge for us. You’ll learn about hydration, getting your warm-up right, and knowing when pain means stop. For kids, we start early with physical literacy: balance, stability, coordination. Recovery matters too - yes, we actually use ice baths.

My Story
My Work
Basketball, Pickleball & Sports Fitness - We train kids and adults in basketball, pickleball, and sports-led fitness. Tournaments and summer camps too.
Training for All Ages - Little stars (6+), adults, corporate folks—everyone gets skill, strength, and confidence. Even if you’re rusty, come play.
International Coaching & Alumni League - We bring in international basketball coaching and run our alumni basketball league. Old students always welcome.
Community & Events - Skills workshops, 3v3 basketball tournaments, Alumni Showdown—competitive but friendly. It’s all about growing together.
