We’re all about cutting out the guesswork. I use science and real data to figure out what’s actually going on with your body, so you can train smarter and avoid those annoying injuries and plateaus.
What Happens in the Assessment
- I start with a full-body check using athlete movement screening and sports biomechanics evaluation. This means I look at how you move, your posture, and how flexible you are in key joints like hips and ankles.
- I dig into muscle imbalances, dodgy movement patterns, and anything that might cause injuries down the line.
- Then, I measure your power, strength, speed, and endurance using tech like force sensors and jump mats. You’ll know exactly how explosive you are, how balanced your strength is, and where you stand with your fitness.
