About Badminton Coaching & Conditioning
Your Game, Your Lab
For me, badminton is a mix of strategy, intensity, and learning from every rally. The court is where you test yourself, mess up, and win – sometimes all in the same session. I won’t just show you how to hit a shuttle, I’ll help you dig into your 'why', because once you know that, the rest feels easier.
My Training Style
I run a full-body, full-mind program. We go beyond basic lessons – it’s technique, tactics, and fitness all rolled into one.
- Technique correction for grip, footwork, and every shot.
- High-speed multi-shuttle drills, so you react without thinking.
- Advanced stuff like backhand clears, net kills, doubles and singles strategy.
- Loads of badminton footwork drills to make your movement sharp and natural.
Fitness is big here – I call badminton 'aerobic chess'. Yahan pe (here), we build strength, agility, and explosive movement training with resistance bands and your own bodyweight. Lots of reaction time exercises, too. And yes, injury prevention for badminton is a must, so warm-ups and cool-downs are baked into every session.
Who Fits In?
Anyone who’s up for the grind. Adults at any level, from total newbies to regulars. Kids and teens, we’ve got fun, focused sessions that keep the energy up and the learning real.

My Story
Hey, Adi here. Me and Payal started Racquet Ninja with a crazy idea – make a real tribe out of sport, not just a club. Five centers now, and still feels like family. Badminton? Just a tool. The court’s where you face all your fears, sweat, laugh, mess up, win, lose, and figure out your ‘why’. We’re not just smashing shuttles – it’s about those high-fives, the nervous jitters before a match, and finding your anchor. That’s the Ninja way.
