About Announcements & Program Info

We do not do 'gentle' sessions here because results don't happen in the comfort zone. Whether you are signing your child up for our foundational movement program or joining our advanced conditioning batches, expect high intensity and clear structure. Every batch is designed with a specific outcome in mind, so you know exactly what you are training for from day one.

Our Training Programs

We break our training into clear, age-specific groups because a 6-year-old needs different stimulus than a competitive teen or an adult.

  • Youth Foundation (Ages 6-12): We focus on physical literacy first. This isn't just about dribbling a ball. It is about developing balance, stability, and coordination. We use relay races and reaction drills to build neurological circuits that stick for life.
  • Advanced S&C (Ages 13+): This is for athletes who want to push past failure. We use plyo boxes, resistance bands, and medicine balls to build explosive power. If you want to jump higher or run faster, this is the grind.
  • 1-on-1 Personalized Training: If you have a specific injury to rehab or a precise skill gap to close, we work one-on-one. We use video analysis to break down your biomechanics and give you the micro-corrections you cannot get in a group.

We operate out of two main hubs. Our primary facility is in Sector 62, Gurugram, and we also run programs in Khan Market, New Delhi.
