About Meet the Coaches
You’ll see our coaches on the court, not just holding clipboards. Whether it’s Coach Sanjeev, Arnav, or Satvik, we are right there in the mix with you—correcting your defensive stance, pushing your pace during sprints, and ensuring your form on that jump shot is clean. We train based on the 'dil yeh ziddi hai' mindset, meaning we don't quit until you've reached your next level.
We aren't here to be your friends first; we are here to make you an athlete. Our coaching team at Insfire Sports comes from diverse playing backgrounds, bringing real-world court experience to every session.
The Insfire Coaching Philosophy
We believe in physical literacy. For our youth batches (ages 6-12), our coaches prioritize coordination and movement over complex plays. We want those neurological circuits fired up early. For our adults and competitive teens, we push intensity. We utilize plyometrics, resistance bands, and interval training to build explosive power.
Meet the Team
We’ve built a brotherhood. You’ll find our alumni returning to coach, just like Arnav and Satvik. Bringing in experts like Head Coach Sanjeev Kumar ensures you get technical analysis that’s usually reserved for pro teams. We focus on injury prevention, proper nutrition, and recovery routines like ice baths because we want you playing for years, not just weeks.
