Dil Yeh Ziddi Hai: What Drives Us
We believe in stubborn hearts and max effort. If you hear “Aaja, oye, aaja!” on the court, that’s just us pushing you - because you miss every shot you don’t take. Discipline comes first, then we push till you hit your limits, and just a bit more.
Who Joins Us
Everyone’s welcome, seriously.
- Kids (6-16): Just starting or already sinking shots, we focus on confidence, balance, and the joy of playing. For older kids, it’s time to sharpen basketball fundamentals and game sense.
- Adults (25+): Maybe you left hoops behind for work - we get it. Our quick, intense basketball fitness workouts are for anyone wanting to get back in, learn modern skills, and sweat it out.
The Grind: How We Train
Sessions are tough. Sometimes, chakkar aa jayenge (you’ll feel dizzy), but that’s how you get better. We drill hard on:
- Ball handling drills for beginners and advanced players
- Shooting and finishing under pressure
- Defensive positioning and mindset
- Game IQ, including 3x3 basketball strategy with real game simulations
More Than Just Drills
Strength, agility, and speed are built through plyometrics and real S&C work. We go beyond the basics with sessions on injury prevention in basketball and nutrition for muscle growth, bringing in pros and even NBA Academy coaches for special clinics.

My Story
People see a court, we see home. Started with just a handful of kids, now we’re a full-on brotherhood. Crazy how old students come back—some play, some coach, all share that Insfire vibe. Bringing in coaches like Toni Rodríguez shows our kids what’s possible. It’s not just hoops, it’s family, it’s #insfirewithin. Dil yeh ziddi hai (the heart is stubborn) and that’s how we roll.
My Work
Basketball, Pickleball & Sports Fitness - We train kids and adults in basketball, pickleball, and sports-led fitness. Tournaments and summer camps too.
Training for All Ages - Little stars (6+), adults, corporate folks—everyone gets skill, strength, and confidence. Even if you’re rusty, come play.
International Coaching & Alumni League - We bring in international basketball coaching and run our alumni basketball league. Old students always welcome.
Community & Events - Skills workshops, 3v3 basketball tournaments, Alumni Showdown—competitive but friendly. It’s all about growing together.
