This is the story behind Baraat, a celebration of flavors I wanted to bring to life. It’s about delivering an indulgent experience right to your doorstep.
My concept is simple: to bring the richness of India's diverse flavors into your everyday life, with the quality and finesse of a fine-dining experience.
The name 'Baraat' is inspired by the grandeur of Indian weddings, where everything is at its finest. I wanted to bring that same celebratory energy to your meal.
I call it a Baraat of Flavors. My menu is a handpicked invitation to a feast, from the fiery Laal Maas of Rajasthan to the buttery Murgh Makhani of Delhi.
My packaging is inspired by nostalgia. The tin boxes are a tribute to my grandmother, who used to receive Karachi Halwa in similar boxes from Purani Dilli.
Sustainability meets sentiment in my packaging. These tin boxes are not just for carrying food; they are reusable, functional, and full of character.
My eco-friendly tin boxes are designed to represent different regions of India. They have a food-safe coating to preserve temperature and reduce the need for reheating.

About Our Story & Signature Packaging
Our tin boxes do more than look good on your table. They are lined with a food-safe coating to maintain the perfect serving temperature for your curry or biryani, effectively eliminating the need to microwave your meal. Once you finish, these sturdy, reusable tins serve as long-lasting storage containers for your kitchen or home office.
The name Baraat was born from a desire to bring the grandeur and festive energy of an Indian wedding to your everyday life. At a wedding, everything is prepared with care, style, and intent, and we wanted to replicate that feeling in our cloud kitchen.
Our signature packaging is a direct nod to this ethos. The design was inspired by my grandmother, who would receive Karachi Halwa in beautiful tins from Purani Dilli. After the halwa was finished, she would repurpose the boxes to hold all her trinkets, pins, and precious finds. We wanted to pass that sense of utility and nostalgia on to you.
We moved away from the standard plastic and glass to bring you containers that are fully reusable, functional, and rich with character. Each box is distinctively designed, representing the regional origins of the food inside. Whether it is a Maharaja print for a Rajasthani meal or an Elephant motif for a Kerala curry, the packaging tells the story of the dish before you even open the lid. By choosing tin, we ensure a sustainable dining experience that stays true to our goal of keeping Indian culinary traditions alive in modern Delhi NCR homes.
