About this collection
This menu is designed for hosts who want the grandeur of traditional Indian weddings without sacrificing modern presentation. You will find that our service includes gold-plated chafing dishes and backlit counters that make your buffet the focal point of the event, paired with slow-cooked staples like Dal Makhani and Mutton Rogan Josh.
The Royal Indian Spread is more than a standard menu. It is an exploration of North Indian and Rajasthani cuisine, built around the 'Royal Indian & Signature Chaat' package. We approach every counter as a stage for our chefs.
The Menu Breakdown
Our kitchen follows traditional techniques for rich, authentic flavors. This includes:
- Signature Appetizers: We serve five vegetarian and five non-vegetarian snacks, pass-around style, using designer trays with LED accents.
- Live Chaat Stations: This is where we bring the energy. We serve Patila Matra Kulcha and Golgappa shots with three distinct water flavors, plated in martini glasses or earthen clay dishes for a clean, premium aesthetic.
- The Main Course: Our Dal Makhani is slow-cooked for 24 hours to achieve the right texture. We pair this with favorites like Butter Chicken (Old Delhi style), Mutton Rogan Josh, and Paneer Lababdar.
Presentation and Service
Presentation is as important as the taste. We utilize gold-plated chafing dishes and high-quality linens to match the formal nature of your function. Our wait staff wear formal waistcoats, ensuring the service level aligns with the luxury menu we provide. Whether you are hosting a wedding in Delhi or a destination event in Jaipur, we handle the logistics, equipment, and setup, allowing you to focus on your guests.
