About Taekwondo Training
Why I Teach Taekwondo
I live by one thing: live without fear. Taekwondo is more than punches and kicks for me, it’s about building real discipline. I always tell my students, "Samay ki keemat samjho, tabhi kuch banoge" (Understand the value of time, only then will you become something). That’s where real strength starts. The medals and champion titles? All come later, once the basics of character and courage are set.
My Training Style
Everyone’s welcome—kids, teenagers, adults. I keep separate classes for different age groups, so you learn at your own pace. Some join to get fit or gain confidence, some want to go all the way to tournaments. I train both Kyorugi (sparring) and Poomsae (forms) for those aiming for the next level, and help my students work up the Taekwondo belt system step by step.
What to Expect
- Martial arts for kids and adults, no prior experience needed.
- Flexibility and acrobatics in taekwondo: splits, backflips, aerial kicks—all taught safely with crash mats.
- Board breaking demonstration sessions for testing power and focus.
- Fully equipped dojang: safety mats, punching bags, crash mats, full sparring gear.
My place isn’t just a hall—yahan sehi asli badlaav shuru hota hai (real change starts from here).

My Story
I'm Master Shakeel Ahmed and Indo International Taekwondo Academy is my second home. Taekwondo’s not just kicks and punches for me - it's about building character, living fearless. My students? We’re one big family. Nothing beats watching kids nail their first flip or win medals at the Seoul Cup. But honestly, the best part's seeing girls walk out of our free self-defense camps with their heads held high. That’s real gold.
My Work
Taekwondo & Acrobatics Training - We train all ages in Taekwondo and mix in acrobatics like flips and cartwheels for fitness.
Competition Prep - If you’re aiming for Poomsae or Kyorugi medals, we’ve got advanced Taekwondo coaching for serious competitors.
Self-Defense Camps - Our self-defense classes for girls and women help build real confidence. We run these free at schools and with NGOs.
Discipline & Character Building - ‘Jisne samay ki keemat jaani, wo ho jaata hai duniya mein naami’ (Who values time, becomes famous). We build respect and inner strength first.
