Taekwondo Training and Championship Preparation
Step into my dojang to see the discipline, acrobatic skills, and championship spirit I instill in every student. From daily drills to tournament victories, this is where we build strong characters and fearless athletes.
This is the peak of focus and teamwork. Here, one of my senior students performs a backflip off a human pyramid to execute a perfect board break. This level of acrobatic martial arts skill is built through years of disciplined training.
A demonstration of pure flexibility and technique. This student is executing a perfect vertical high kick, a fundamental skill in Taekwondo that requires immense practice and control.
The proudest moments for a coach. My students are showcasing their hard earned medals after our academy won the first team trophy at the 16th South District Taekwondo Championship. Results like this come from dedication.
Trust and courage in action. This student performs a flying kick, leaping over his kneeling teammates to break a board. This drill builds not only athletic ability but also immense confidence and trust within our team.
Flexibility is a cornerstone of our training. This student demonstrates incredible control and strength with an upside down split on the bar, a testament to our advanced acrobatics and conditioning program.
A glimpse into our daily training for all ages. You can see a young student practicing kicks, a group working on strength conditioning, and others sparring safely with full protective gear. Every student learns at their own pace.
I believe real change starts with discipline. Here, I am conducting a session at my Jaitpur dojang, teaching my students the core values of Taekwondo that go beyond physical techniques.
It was an honor to have ACP Tripti Joshi from the Crimes Against Women Cell felicitate our students during a medal distribution program. It reinforces our commitment to teaching practical self defense and empowering our community.

About Featured
In our Okhla dojang, you will not just find people hitting pads. You will see students of all ages mastering the discipline required to land a backflip or break a board safely. Whether you are aiming for a competition medal or just starting your journey, my sessions focus on technique and character, not just cardio. We train with intensity on professional crash mats, ensuring that every kick and flip is executed with control.
My training at the Indo International Taekwondo Academy is built on one core philosophy: LIVE WITHOUT FEAR. I teach that martial arts is not just about punches and kicks; it is about respecting time and building inner strength.
What we focus on
- Technical Mastery: We cover World Taekwondo rules, focusing on basic stances, Poomsae forms, and fundamental striking. This is the foundation for every belt promotion.
- Acrobatics and Conditioning: We utilize industrial crash mats to teach advanced moves like aerial kicks, backflips, and splits. This helps students gain body control and agility, not just power.
- Competition Readiness: My students consistently perform at district and national levels. Our advanced programs include full-contact Kyorugi sparring drills, focused on timing and ring management.
Why train with me
- Safe Environment: Safety is paramount. We use 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats and ensure all drills, especially power breaking and acrobatics, are supervised.
- Inclusivity: Whether you are a child picking up your first dobok or an adult seeking fitness, my classes are split by age and experience level so everyone can learn at their own pace.
- Character Over Everything: I remind my students, 'Samay par uthna, samay par chalna' (Wake on time, walk on time). Discipline in the dojang leads to discipline in life.
We are more than a gym. We are a family that celebrates every milestone, from the first board break to winning team trophies at championships.
