True power comes from discipline and flexibility. Learn the art of controlled movement, aerial kicks, and board breaking in a safe, guided environment at our Okhla dojang.

A demonstration of a backflip board break inside our dojang. This advanced technique combines acrobatics with the precision of a Taekwondo kick, all performed in a controlled environment.

This flying kick over multiple students is an exercise in courage and precision. It is a highlight of our board breaking demonstrations and a favorite among students.

Safety is my first priority when teaching advanced moves. Here, a student practices a front flip, landing safely on a thick crash mat, which is essential for building confidence in acrobatics.

Four students demonstrate perfect floor splits, a result of our consistent and structured flexibility training. This level of flexibility is key to executing high kicks and advanced techniques.

A dynamic display of flexibility and teamwork. This student performs a hanging split, supported by two of his training partners, showcasing both strength and trust.

Even our youngest students begin flexibility training early. A young boy in his dobok and yellow belt holds a perfect back bridge, building a strong foundation for future skills.

About Acrobatics, Flexibility & Power Breaking

You might see flips and board breaking and think it is all natural talent, but it starts with safety. At my academy, we use 8-10 inch industrial crash mats for every aerial attempt. You build the specific core strength and balance required for a backflip or a flying kick step by step, without risking injury.
