Medals are earned long before the tournament day. Explore how our students at Indo International Taekwondo Academy consistently secure wins at district, national, and international stages.

A proud moment for one of my young champions at the 2nd IPTO National Taekwondo Championship 2023. Her medal is a symbol of her dedication and the rigorous training she has undergone.

Celebrating another winner on the podium. Each of my students who competed at the national championship showed incredible spirit and sportsmanship.

The joy of achievement. A student receives her medal at the Mahamaya Sports Stadium, representing our academy with pride and skill.

Another one of my students being honored for her performance. We train not just to compete, but to excel and push our own limits.

The culmination of hard work and perseverance. This photo captures the moment of recognition for one of our dedicated athletes.

Every medal tells a story of countless hours of practice. I am immensely proud of every student who steps onto the mat to represent our academy.

Our students made their mark on the world stage, winning multiple medals in the Mitt Kyorugi (sparring) event at the 2021 Seoul Cup Online International Championship.

About Our Champions: A Legacy of Medals

Achieving a podium finish requires more than just raw talent. At our academy, every medal represents thousands of hours of dedicated Kyorugi sparring drills and Poomsae pattern perfection under my supervision as a 5th Dan Black Belt. We focus on the mental fortitude and physical conditioning necessary to perform when the pressure is highest.

Winning at the 2nd IPTO National Taekwondo Championship, where my students secured 30 medals, was not luck. It was the result of our structured Quarterly Advanced Competition Program.

We break down success into three pillars:

  • Full-Contact Conditioning: Preparing for the intensity of 3-round matches with ring management and counter-attack strategies.
  • Technical Precision: Refining Poomsae forms for judges and mastering power breaking techniques.
  • The Mindset: Adhering to the principle of Live Without Fear to stay composed in the ring.

Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the belt system or an experienced martial artist aiming for the district or national circuit, our training hall in Okhla provides the safety and rigor required. We train with industrial crash mats for aerial kicks and high-intensity sparring gear. You will face the same pressure in training that you will face in competition, ensuring you are ready to compete at the highest level.
