The 'Slog' Explained
Our sessions are high-intensity and group-focused. We limit our batches to 15-20 athletes because you need feedback, not just a room full of equipment.
- Plyometric Power: We use box jumps and reaction drills to build the vertical and reactive strength essential for outmaneuvering opponents.
- Olympic Foundations: We teach compound movements like power cleans and deadlifts correctly. If your form is off, you don't just risk injury, you lose efficiency. We fix that.
- Sport-Specific Conditioning: If you are a kabaddi player, we focus on durability and explosive power. For our flag football athletes, we work on acceleration and lateral movement that actually carries over to the synthetic track in Jayanagar.
