I don't care if you're a complete beginner or already playing at a club level, we start with the fundamentals. When you walk into my nets, we do not skip the basics—grip, stance, and balance—because that is the difference between a lucky hit and a technically sound cricketer. I am on the pitch with you, correcting your form ball-by-ball, not watching from a desk.

Building the Cricketer, Not Just the Shot

My approach at Willow Sportz is simple: passion is useless without discipline. You will see kids of all ages working on drills here because I believe that technique is built on muscle memory. We treat the academy like a 'Gurukul'—a place of learning where the focus is on the process rather than just the score.

The Training Method

• Technical Precision: We break down every action, from the seam release to your front foot defence. If your elbow is too low or your balance is off, we fix it immediately. We use video analysis and bowling machines in our advanced sessions to ensure you are facing realistic pace and spin.
• Match Readiness: Training in the nets is only half the battle. We emphasize situation-based practice, such as defending a total or chasing targets, to prepare you for the pressure of actual matches.
• Mentorship: Having a team of experienced players, like Ranji cricketer Prateek Jain, means you aren't just learning from a manual. You are learning from people who have played at the highest level in Karnataka. We teach you how to read the field, when to rotate the strike, and how to keep your head cool when the game gets tight.
