About Our Programs & Facilities
My training structure is designed to bridge the gap between recreational play and competitive performance. We integrate daily nutrition monitoring and mental resilience workshops directly into our athlete packages, because I have found that most players hit a plateau not due to poor technique, but because of gaps in recovery and match temperament.
Our Approach to Performance
Whether you are stepping onto the court for the first time or looking to sharpen your game, our training environment is built for consistency. We move beyond simple coaching by integrating sports science into every session.
Training Facilities
We operate out of accessible, well-maintained venues. You can find us at our primary center, the Indian School of Sports in Bellandur, as well as PLaY Arena in Kasavanahalli and St. Peter’s School in Kaikondrahalli. Each venue is selected to ensure you have high-quality, professional-grade infrastructure for squash and badminton.
Athlete Development Programs
- Nutrition 360: Managed by Dr. Ashu, this is not a generic diet sheet. It involves weekly tracking and adjustments based on your specific competition calendar. You get daily support via WhatsApp to keep you accountable.
- Mobility & Yoga: We schedule our online yoga and mobility sessions during mid-day to ensure they fit into a busy professional life. These focus on hip and shoulder mobility, which is critical for racquet sports.
- High-Performance Clinics: For competitive players, we host intensive one-day workshops. These cover six hours of active court time, including high-intensity ghosting and conditioned games, paired with dedicated psychology sessions. We believe technical skills are limited without the mental temperament to execute them under pressure.
