Badminton is 50% skill and 50% engine. We build that engine through structured endurance, strength, and agility training at our Sahakar Nagar facility.

Strength training is a critical part of our program. Here, players use resistance bands to build explosive power and stability, essential for powerful smashes and quick movements.

Endurance is key. Our athletes participate in outdoor runs, like this 10k, to build cardiovascular fitness and the mental toughness needed to outlast opponents in long matches.

Early morning Tabata sessions at 5:04 AM. This high-intensity interval training is perfect for improving aerobic and anaerobic fitness, crucial for badminton.

Core strength and flexibility are vital for injury prevention and performance. Our players go through a rigorous routine of stretching and conditioning exercises at the end of their sessions.

Uphill training is a fantastic way to build strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness. It also develops mental toughness, pushing our athletes to overcome challenges.

Another shot of our team during a 10k run. We believe in varied training to keep our athletes engaged and constantly improving their physical conditioning.

A moment of rest and camaraderie after a 10k run. Training together builds a strong team bond.

Our group of dedicated players and coaches after completing their morning endurance run. We lead by example.

Fun and recovery go hand in hand. A swimming session helps with muscle recovery while being a great low-impact workout, and it's a great way for the team to bond.

A fun agility workout to start the day at 5:00 AM. These drills improve coordination, balance, and reaction time in an engaging way.

About Building Athletes: Beyond the Court

You don't get court speed just by playing matches. We incorporate dedicated 5 AM Tabata sessions and 10k endurance runs into your routine. This builds the explosive power you need for a smash and the stamina to stay sharp in the third set, especially when the match is on the line.
