Complete Athlete Program: Mind, Body & Recovery
I train you to be more than just a player. Through integrated nutrition, mental conditioning, and injury-prevention yoga, we build the resilience you need to perform under pressure.
This image provides a great overview of my holistic services. It highlights our expert-led Mental Wellness Workshops and the 'Nutrition 360 degree' plan, which are key parts of my complete athlete development program.
A cool-down session in progress. After an intense training block, my athletes participate in guided stretching and yoga to aid muscle recovery, increase flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury.
This simple yet effective drill helps a young player improve her hand-eye coordination. Mastering this connection is fundamental for racket control and accurately tracking the ball during play.
My coaching is built on four pillars: Mindset, Daily Grind, Discipline, and Review. I use this framework to help athletes build routines that lead to tangible and sustainable goal accomplishment.
About Complete Athlete Program: Mind, Body & Recovery
Performance is not just about what you do on the court. It is about how you recover and fuel up after the session ends. My nutrition plans, designed by Dr. Ashu, involve daily tracking on WhatsApp where I personally look at your meal photos. If you are struggling to hit your macros while managing your training load, we tweak the plan together. It is not a static diet chart; it is a living adjustment based on your actual match days and energy levels.
The Four Pillars of Performance
I operate on a simple framework: Mindset, Daily Grind, Discipline, and Review. This is how we approach every training block to ensure consistent progress.
Mental Wellness Workshops
Most athletes ignore the headspace required to win. I organize dedicated sessions with psychologists to teach you how to handle high-pressure match points and maintain focus during long rallies. You do not just learn skills; you learn how to keep your composure when the game gets tight.
Sports-Specific Yoga & Recovery
Yoga at Indian School of Sports is not about slow relaxation; it is functional mobility. We focus on hip and shoulder opening exercises that directly translate to better squash and badminton performance. This keeps your joints healthy and prevents the nagging injuries that often sideline players mid-season.
Nutrition That Works
The biggest mistake I see is athletes eating 'healthy' but not 'performance-specific' food. My nutrition plans are built around home-cooked Indian meals. We do not ask you to eat imported food if you prefer ghar ka khana (home-cooked food). We focus on timing your pre-workout fueling and post-match recovery so you are not burnt out by the second hour.
Whether you are training at PLaY Arena in Kasavanahalli or our center in Bellandur, the goal is the same. We help you move better, think clearer, and last longer.
