This is where it all begins. We welcome our youngest players, starting from 5.5 years old, with foundational fitness drills that are both fun and challenging. I believe in the principle of *mehnat kar* (work hard) from day one to build discipline and confidence.
Speed and agility are non-negotiable. Here, you can see our students working on their footwork and coordination with ladder and hurdle drills. This kind of focused fitness training is essential for quick reactions during a match.
It's all about community and pushing each other to get better. This clip from our "Fitness Week" at the BNGV Club in Koramangala shows a full-court group session where we build strength and endurance together.
We use a variety of methods to build explosive power and stamina. This video shows one of our dedicated players working on stair jumps for leg strength and then transitioning to on-court footwork drills to improve her movement.

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to sports coaching. At our HSR Layout and Koramangala centers, your training is divided into two parts: technical stroke development and dedicated athletic conditioning. Before you even start rallying, we work on your agility, speed, and core strength so that when you finally step onto the court, your body is conditioned to perform, not just react.
