Complete Sports Training: Fitness, Nutrition, and Coaching
I’m Rahul, and I believe sports science is about more than just drills. Whether you’re on the court or working on your mindset, we train for total performance here in Bengaluru.
This is where the hard work pays off. Here you can see two of my athletes during a high-intensity squash rally, putting their movement training and conditioning into practice during a match play session.
My program is about total performance. This newsletter page gives you a snapshot of my 360-degree approach, covering our High Performance Workshops, the crucial Mental Wellness sessions I organize, and our 'Nutrition 360 degree' personalized counseling.
Recovery is just as important as training. Here, my athletes are going through a guided post-training stretching and yoga session on the court, which is essential for preventing injuries and improving flexibility.
Building stamina is fundamental to lasting longer in a match. This is a look at a typical cardio and endurance session at the gym, where we focus on building the engine that powers on-court performance.
It's never too early to build a strong athletic foundation. This video shows my junior athletes working on their coordination and footwork during 'Agility Week' using agility ladder drills.
I offer structured, intensive programs for serious players. This is an announcement for one of my High Performance Squash workshops, which covers everything from technical skills and fitness to match play and meditation in a single day.
A quick introduction from me, Rahul. I believe in a structured approach to training, and here I am announcing a new weekly series of warm-up exercise videos designed specifically for squash and badminton players.
This is the philosophy that drives my coaching. Real, lasting accomplishment in sports is built on a foundation of mindset, daily effort, discipline, and constant review of your progress.
About Featured
Real performance does not happen just on the court. My 360-degree approach means that when you train with me, we are monitoring your diet through daily WhatsApp check-ins and building mental resilience through workshops, not just running drills. If you are ready to put in the work, I am here to make sure every session counts.
People often think sports training is just about hitting balls or running laps. At Indian School of Sports, we know that is only half the battle. Whether you are playing squash, badminton, or football in Bengaluru, your progress depends on how you fuel your body and manage your stress.
My coaching philosophy is built on three pillars. First, physical conditioning. We use structured agility ladders, treadmill sessions, and movement drills to improve your actual footwork. It is demanding, but it is necessary. Second, nutrition. You cannot out-train a bad diet. Our 360-degree plan with Dr. Ashu gives you monthly diet charts and weekly progress calls to ensure you have the energy to compete. Finally, the mental game. We host workshops to help athletes handle pressure, stay resilient, and keep their head in the game during high-intensity matches.
We train at accessible venues across the city, including PLaY Arena in Kasavanahalli and our base in Bellandur. I do not just want you to attend a class; I want you to join a community of athletes—from kids learning coordination to adults aiming for top-tier competitive play. We keep things transparent, tracking your progress through daily updates and regular reviews so you always know where you stand. If you want to stop guessing and start training with a plan, let’s get to work.
