I’m Rahul, and I believe sports science is about more than just drills. Whether you’re on the court or working on your mindset, we train for total performance here in Bengaluru.

My program is about total performance. This newsletter page gives you a snapshot of my 360-degree approach, covering our High Performance Workshops, the crucial Mental Wellness sessions I organize, and our 'Nutrition 360 degree' personalized counseling.

Recovery is just as important as training. Here, my athletes are going through a guided post-training stretching and yoga session on the court, which is essential for preventing injuries and improving flexibility.
