We go beyond court drills to build complete athletes. Our academy integrates specialized yoga, mental toughness workshops, and nutrition planning to boost your stamina and on-court focus.

We believe that a player's mental game is as important as their physical skill. This is an announcement for one of our regular Mindful Movement and Breath sessions, designed to enhance concentration, breath control, and relaxation for our athletes.

About Holistic Training: Mind, Body, and Game

Most academies focus solely on shuttle speed, but we dedicate time to breathwork and recovery right here at our Sarjapur facility. You will spend time on the court working on agility, followed by sessions designed to lower your heart rate and sharpen your tactical decision-making, which is exactly how our tournament players handle high-pressure matches.
