We believe that a player's mental game is as important as their physical skill. This is an announcement for one of our regular Mindful Movement and Breath sessions, designed to enhance concentration, breath control, and relaxation for our athletes.

An instructor guides our athletes through mindful movements during a yoga session on our badminton courts. These sessions focus on body awareness and proprioception, allowing players to move with greater precision and control during a match.

Our players participate in a group breathwork exercise. Through these conscious breathing techniques, athletes learn to regulate their nervous system, which is crucial for maintaining composure and endurance during high-pressure points in a game.

About this collection

Most academies focus solely on shuttle speed, but we dedicate time to breathwork and recovery right here at our Sarjapur facility. You will spend time on the court working on agility, followed by sessions designed to lower your heart rate and sharpen your tactical decision-making, which is exactly how our tournament players handle high-pressure matches.
