If you suffer from neck pain or cervical spondylosis, these simple neck exercises combined with deep breathing can provide amazing relief. Follow along as I guide you through gentle movements to release tension and improve mobility in your neck and upper back.

Knee pain can limit your daily activities, but you don't have to live with it. I demonstrate several simple exercises using props like bricks and belts to strengthen the muscles supporting the knee joint, providing stability and reducing pain over time.
