I bring yoga therapy directly into the workplace to help you manage desk stress, fix posture, and find calm during busy office hours.

A glimpse into a therapy yoga session I conducted at NTPC. My focus is always on providing personalized consultations to understand each individual's health concerns before creating a tailored yoga plan.

Assisting an employee at an ONGC wellness camp with Dhanurasana (Bow Pose). This pose is fantastic for strengthening the back, improving posture, and opening up the chest after a long day of sitting.

Guiding a participant through a gentle spinal twist during a yoga therapy session at ONGC. Twists are essential for releasing tension in the spine and improving digestive health.

Leading a demonstration at an AYUSH Wellness Camp at ONGC. Here, I'm in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), a foundational pose that energizes the entire body.

A one-on-one consultation during the ONGC wellness camp. Taking the time to listen to each person's history is the most important step in creating an effective yoga therapy plan.

At the Indian Oil Corporation wellness camp in Meerut. It's rewarding to bring the healing practices of yoga to different corporate environments.

Listening to an employee's concerns at the Indian Oil Meerut Smart Terminal. Understanding individual needs is the core of my therapeutic approach.

Receiving a token of appreciation after a successful wellness event at Indian Oil. It's a pleasure to collaborate with organizations that prioritize their employees' health.

During a consultation at an Indian Oil (IOCL) event in Yusuf Sarai. We often discuss simple lifestyle changes and breathing techniques that can be practiced even at a desk.

With the team of doctors and organizers at the Ayush Medical Camp at IOCL. A holistic approach combining yoga and medicine yields the best results.

About Corporate Wellness Programs

If you feel that mid-afternoon stiffness or chronic back pain from sitting at a desk all day, you are not alone. In these corporate sessions, I do not just teach poses. I show you how to use simple breathwork and targeted stretches right at your workstation to reset your spine and clear your mind. It is about small, consistent shifts that help you finish your workday feeling lighter.

Managing a full-time job often means sacrificing our physical well-being. Most of the corporate teams I work with come to me with the same complaints: cervical stiffness, lower back pain, and a constant feeling of mental fatigue. I believe the office environment should not be a barrier to your health, but a place where you can practice mindful recovery.

What to expect in these sessions

We focus on chair yoga and desk ergonomics, which allow you to practice without needing a mat or specialized gym gear. I guide teams through short, 15-minute mobility sequences designed to open up the chest, release the hip flexors, and improve spinal alignment. We also practice pranayama techniques, specifically Bhastrika and Nadi Shodhana, which are excellent for quickly lowering cortisol levels when work pressure hits a peak.

Beyond the poses

These sessions are interactive. I sit with employees for one-on-one consultations, often identifying the root cause of their discomfort, whether it is an old injury or simply long hours of sedentary work. My goal is to equip your team with simple, effective tools they can use every single day, not just during the workshop. Whether it is a large-scale wellness camp for organizations like Indian Oil and NTPC, or a private team-building session, my approach remains grounded in therapeutic healing.
