Strength Training and Power Building
You want strength? You have to earn it. We focus on compound lifts, perfect form, and the mindset that separates the serious from the rest. Stop guessing and start lifting.
The weekend to-do list always includes deadlifts. This is a fundamental powerlifting exercise for building overall strength in your back, legs, and core.
Embracing the burn and redefining my limits on the lat pulldown machine. This is a key exercise for developing a wide, V-taper back.
On good days I row, on bad days I row harder. The seated cable row is essential for building thickness and strength in the middle back.
While you were sleeping, I was rowing. Consistency with foundational exercises like this is what separates good from great.
About Strength Training: Building Power
I don't care about the numbers on the scale as much as I care about your movement quality. Whether we are drilling deadlifts or heavy rows, the priority is tension and control. If your form breaks, the set ends. We focus on the mechanics of power first, because a strong foundation is the only way to build real, lasting muscle.
Power isn't built in a day, and it certainly isn't built by staring at your phone in the gym. My strength training program is designed for one thing: performance. We cut out the fluff. No distractions, no unnecessary machines. We stick to the classics that actually move the needle: deadlifts, squats, and heavy row variations.
These compound movements recruit multiple muscle groups, which is exactly how you develop functional, explosive power. At my studio in Shantinagar, the atmosphere is focused. You are here to work. My role as your trainer is to ensure you aren't just moving weight from point A to point B, but that you are doing it with the correct biomechanics. We record your lifts, analyze your bracing, and fix your grip.
If you are looking for a place to hide or a trainer to mollycoddle you, look elsewhere. But if you are ready to put in the work, to face the mirror, and to understand that pain is just part of the process, then this is where you belong. We build strength, we fix imbalances, and we make sure that every rep you perform at House of Fitness serves a purpose.
