I am a hands-on personal trainer. Here, I'm providing constant support for a client during pull-ups, ensuring proper form and pushing them to get that extra rep. Your success is my mission.
This is what building real strength looks like. A heavy deadlift isn't just about lifting weight, it's about challenging your limits and proving to yourself that you are stronger than you think.

I built House of Fitness from the ground up because I needed a space where the real work happens. There are no gimmicks here, just squat racks, free weights, and the discipline you bring with you every day. My approach is not about counting reps, it is about shifting your mindset. Whether you are coming in for one-on-one sessions or joining our small group strength training, the focus remains the same: compound movements and consistent intensity. I have personally rebuilt my own physique after a metacarpal fracture and ligament tear, so I know exactly what it takes to start over and push through pain. Training here means you get access to my experience with injury rehab, bodybuilding aesthetics, and functional strength. If you want a quick fix, this is not it.
