Client Coaching: One-on-One & Group

This is where we work together, side-by-side. Whether it's just you and me in a personal session or you're training with friends, I provide hands-on support to make sure your form is right and you're pushing your limits safely.

Strength Training: Building Power

We focus on core compound movements to build foundational strength. This includes mastering form on exercises like deadlifts and heavy rows to ensure you're lifting safely and effectively for maximum power gains.

Upper Body Sculpting

This is about creating definition and symmetry. We use a combination of free weights and machines to target specific muscles, including dumbbell presses for shoulders, cable work for chest and triceps, and various curls for biceps.

Leg Day: Building a Foundation

Leg day is non-negotiable for a balanced and powerful physique. We work on building strength and definition in the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. You will not love it during the workout, but you will love the results.

The Trainer's Grind

I practice what I preach. This is a look into my own routine and the discipline I apply every day at my studio, House of Fitness. It's about showing up, staying focused, and making yourself a priority.

Mindset & Motivation

Your body will not go where your mind does not push it. Training is a mental game of focus, dedication, and owning who you are, both inside and outside the gym. This is the warrior attitude.
