About Mindset & Motivation
I do not expect you to feel motivated 24/7. That is a myth. When your discipline dips, that is where I come in. I am not here to coddle you; I am here to ensure you show up, lace up, and get the work done, even when your mind is telling you to stay on the couch. That is the ‘Me vs Me’ difference we practice at House of Fitness.
Building muscle and changing your physique is the easy part. The real battle happens in your head. Most people fail because they quit when the workout gets uncomfortable or when life throws a distraction their way. My role as your trainer is to push you past those mental barriers.
The Reality of the Grind
Training at my Shantinagar studio isn't about fancy amenities or atmosphere for social media photos. It is about the heavy lifting, the sweat, and the focus. Whether we are working on compound movements like deadlifts or fine-tuning your body composition, the requirement remains the same: you give me your best effort, and I give you the roadmap to results.
Why Mindset Matters
I have been through my own injuries, including a broken hand and torn ligaments. I know what it means to be sidelined and have to rebuild from zero. You cannot train like a warrior if you have the mindset of a victim. I teach you to look at pain as a signal for growth, not a reason to stop.
