About Client Coaching: One-on-One & Group

You won't find fancy machines or mirrors-only motivation here. When we work one-on-one, I am watching every rep to correct your biomechanics, while group sessions use circuit drills to keep your heart rate up. My goal is simple: you leave the studio stronger than you walked in, having actually learned the proper way to lift.
