Group Fitness classes to build strength in a community
Fitness is not just about the heavy lifting. In my group sessions, we sweat, push, and grow together while I keep a hawk's eye on your form.
Our group is working on single-leg glute bridges, a fantastic exercise for building core stability and glute strength. Even in a group setting, I focus on controlled movements for injury prevention.

About Group Fitness: Strength in Community
I don't believe in just having you jump around for an hour for the sake of sweating. Whether it is core conditioning or a mobility flow, I am watching your form constantly to make sure you are actually strengthening your body, not just moving mindlessly. It is high intensity, but it is structured so you get the energy of a group atmosphere without the risk of bad form or injury.
Not Your Standard Class
Most group classes in Gurugram are about who shouts the loudest. Here, it is about who builds the most discipline. When you join my group fitness sessions at South City 1, you are not just a number. You are part of the Hype Tribe.
We mix circuit training, yoga, Pilates, and high-energy conditioning to keep things interesting, but the goal is always the same: real progress. You will see people of all fitness levels here, from beginners trying to lose weight to regulars working on their strength.
