Most gyms will throw a generic PDF workout at you and hope for the best. That is how injuries happen. My approach is different. I combine my certifications from ACE and EREPS with a deep understanding of the common challenges we face.

If you are a new mum, we focus on safe, steady postpartum recovery to rebuild your core strength from the inside out. If you are dealing with back or knee pain, we do not ignore it; we use targeted mobility work to fix the physical imbalances before we ever think about adding heavy loads.

You will get access to the studio floor at my South City 1 facility, where we prioritize functional movement and safety over showy machines.
