I have been coaching for over 12 years, and I have seen every fitness fad come and go. My bootcamps are built on one principle: consistency. Whether you are a runner who needs to get strong or a gym-goer who needs to build endurance, my sessions are designed to fill those gaps.
What you get in my bootcamps
We do not waste time on fluff. The workouts are hybrid, meaning we combine functional movements like sled pushes and rowers with strength training.
- Progressive Overload: We do not lift 2.5kg dumbbells and expect results. We track your progress, add weight, and get stronger.
- Real Equipment: You will train with Concept2 rowers, ski-ergs, sleds, and heavy free weights.
